The Visions 3000 is a complete new re-design for a vinyl window. In addition to its structural improvements, the new design incorporates:

• A "Brick-Mold" frame profile, that appears more like a wood window.
• An integral "J" channel pocket for siding and/or stucco "tuck-in ".
• A sloped sill to minimize flat surfaces that collect debris and water residue as well as the elimination of water holding chambers, "algae farms", and "weep-holes".
• A steel reinforced interlock system with continuous Mylar fin weatherstrip at the checkrail, to seal out unwanted air and water, and reduce air infiltration. 
• Recessed Fingertip releases that audibly click when tilt sash is re-engaged.
• Low profile, recessed sash locks for security with an uncluttered appearance.
• Sashes with the architectural profiles of wood sashes, with a recessed step to the plane of the glass, allowing more accurate simulated divided lite interfaces.
• Interior glazed. The glazing stops around the edges of the glass to hold it in place are on the interior, and do not become brittle and cracked, or subject to hail damage.
• A "spring loaded or side cushioned" block and tackle sash balance system which runs the entire height of the frame, and provides a much more air-tight tilt sash unit.
• Double Strength glass for more durability, less flexing and distortion due to wind loads, fewer stress cracks, less noise transmissivity, and more  overall window stability.
• High performance ZO-E Shield 5 insulated glass includes Low-E cubed (triple coating).
• EasyCare easy-to-clean glass surfaces, and inert argon gas in the airspace.
